Refer a friend Reformer Pilates Terms & Conditions

·       The promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ, acting as the managing agent of Bisham Abbey

·       The Reformer Pilates Refer a Friend promotion will commence on 1 May 2026

·       Serco Leisure Operating Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice

·       The referring member must be a current paying health and fitness member at Bisham Abbey, either via Direct Debit or paid-in-full membership

·       MORE members are excluded from this promotion

·       Employees of Serco Leisure Operating Limited are not eligible to participate.

·       To participate, the referred friend must inform centre staff at the time of booking their Reformer Pilates class that they have been referred

·       Referrals cannot be backdated

·       Bisham Abbey members may refer unlimited friends

·       A “friend” may be any friend, family member, or member of the public, provided they are:

o   Aged 16 years or over

o   A UK resident

·       The referred friend will receive Reformer Pilates classes at the member price for one month

·       The referred friend must not have been a member within the previous 6 months at the time of referral

·       To qualify for the referral offer, the referred friend must:

o   Sign up to a MORE membership

o   Inform a member of staff that they have been referred before or during the sign-up process

o   Ensure the staff member completes the required referral form

o   Agree to and comply with Serco Leisure Operating Limited’s Membership Terms & Conditions

·       No cash or alternative offers are available

·       Serco Leisure Operating Limited reserves the final decision on all referrals, discounts, and the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions
